Tail flick method using the analgesiometer: Principle: The application of thermal radiation to the tail of an animal provokes the withdrawal of the tail by a brief vigorous movement. It is the reaction time of this movement that was recorded. Requirements: 12 male albino wistar rats (100-150gms), Test drugs
